Avalon Game Conventions Refund Policy:
We will gladly refund any show passes up to 30 days before the show, minus a service charge of $10.00 per badge. Items purchased like T-shirts and Lanyards and Flea Market Permits are not refundable. Passes which include these kinds of items are not refundable.You must notify us in writing or via email of your cancellation by the deadline. We will not refund any show passes after 30 days before the event.
(NOTE: After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a ticket confirmation from Avalon Game Conventions. Please bring that with you with picture ID to the registration area to pickup your badge. You may also receive a solicitation from Eventbrite to directly create an account with them. THIS IS NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND OUR EVENTS. We have no control over that email, but again, you do not have to create a login or password to access and attend our events)
